Shipping

Generally our products are quite small and light weight and do not qualify as parcels for shipping purposes.  A typical order will weigh less than 100 grams.  Accordingly, our products are sent via Canada Post letter mail and we have set up flat rate shipping for domestic and international zones.  The rate is included  at check out.  See below for details.

0-100 gr.    3-9 business days.    $2.00

0-200 gr.    3-9 business days.    $4.00

0-500 gr.    3-9 business days.    $6.00

International

0-100 gr.    3-9 business days.    $4.00

0-200 gr.    3-9 business days.    $6.00

0-500 gr.    3-9 business days.    $12.00

Please note, that Canada Post does not offer tracking on regular letter mail, so if you desire tracking, you will have to pay parcel rates or ask that your order be sent by registered mail which costs $10.00 for domestic orders and $20.00 for international orders.  See below for the information from Canada Post.

Registered Mail Canada (domestic)

You can send letters, documents and small items like coins and jewellery by Registered Mail. Here’s the proof you’ll receive when it’s delivered:

• Signature of the person who signed when it was delivered
• Date it was signed 
• Mailing receipt

Registered Mail U.S. and international

You can send letters and documents by Registered Mail. Here’s the proof you’ll receive when it’s delivered: 

• Date-stamped official receipt
• Combine with  Xpresspost^TM – USA to get a signature for Registered Mail sent to the U.S.
